Seth M. Eisenberg

Seth Eisenberg is a cum laude graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2011, where he participated in Moot Court and the Technology Law Journal. During law school, Mr. Eisenberg was a judicial intern for the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida. He also volunteered as a guardian ad litem working with at risk youths.

Prior to law school, Mr. Eisenberg earned a Masters of Business Administration from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.

Mr. Eisenberg is a member of the Florida Bar and licensed to practice law in all state courts. He has represented insurance carriers as a plaintiff in a variety of subrogation actions with experience litigating claims arising from products liability, construction defect, workers compensation, automobile negligence, and general liability in moderate to large loss scenarios. Seth has also practiced in the fields of first party property defense, including sinkhole claims and third party insurance defense. He has built a reputation for resolving cases in a prompt and cost-effective manner.

Seth lives in the Tallahassee area with his wife and two children. He is a semi-rabid fan of the Miami Dolphins and FSU football.
